Refund policy
Refund Eligibility
We accept refund requests for items purchased from SoleilChiffon within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Final sale items marked "Non-refundable" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your SoleilChiffon account
- Navigate to "My Orders" and select the item(s) you wish to return
- Complete the refund request form
- Wait for approval and return instructions
- Ship the item back to us within 7 days of approval
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
International Returns
Customers outside our primary shipping regions may be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
